 Edith, I think you are right and it is Fannia. If so, most probably F.pallitibia. But I'm not 100% sure neither in species, nor in family, sorry.

 thanks NIkita it's good for me. I begin to know the diificult to id from a picture.
I named my fly "supposed F.pallitibia"
