Hello! Could this one be Stratiomys longicornis? Coastal sand dune habitat (wet depression) east of Spain. Thank you

Definitely a Stratiomys, but does not look like longicornis, at least not like central European ones. I have no idea which other species you might have... Check the Iberian catalogue Theo |

S. longicornis seems possible with the dense pile on the face, infuscation on the wings, darkscutellem and tibiae. It is very variable and I think what is shown on the pictures falls within that variarion. I did not find a more likely candidate in Rozkosny's European revision.
