Fly from Guyana. Chloropidae?

Chloropidae? I also wondered about Aulacigastridae and Sepsidae.

The location was tropical forest along the Rewa River, and the date 18 May 2013. At least three of these flies were present, though I couldn't see what, if anything, had attracted them to this leaf.

If you include the antennae the fly measured right at 4 mm.

ID help will be appreciated.
