Tipulidae: Limoniinae from Guyana

I believe this is in Limoniinae. The photos were taken along the Rewa River in southern Guyana on 19 May 2013.

I would appreciate any ID help.

The wing pattern suggests Epiphragma. There are many species in South America. I can't see the wing venation clearly to be sure.
