Tropidia scita?

Hello,
is this fly with the triangular tooth at the hind femur a female Tropidia scita? I found the fly on a white rose in Saxony in Germany in the mid of May.

as no expert has answered, yet, I would say yes, beyond doubt. I had found this species only three times here, lastly this May (but the male below is from May 2014).
