We can see unusualy strong for either Muscidae and Anthomyiid abdominal bristles. My guess is Leucophora, Anthomyiidae Nikita Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |

Anthomyiidae, but perhaps Zaphne rather than Leucophora.
