It is indeed reminiscent of Rhinophoridae, though the top cell is open. With the key of Zeegers & Van Veen I arrive at Melanomyia (Calliphoridae), assuming that the fly in your second post is the same individual. |

I recognize this fly, and I am with Louis, Melanomya nana (now in Calliphoridae).
