This is weird looking male Neoiamus sp. something close to N. cyanurus but I can't see enough detail in the hypopygium to be sure. Tibiae are much too dark for a "normal" cyanurus

Thank YOU. Just in case it could help … in this detail it is a little visible the hypopygium. In Italy are only present the following species of Neoitamus Osten-Sacken, 1878: Neoitamus castellanii Hradsky, 1956 (N) [E] Neoitamus cothurnatus (Meigen, 1820) (N) Neoitamus cyanurus (Loew, 1849) (N) Neoitamus splendidus Oldenberg, 1912 (N) Thank again. The picture is not really enough but if we have to choose from the 4 species I would make this a dark N. cyanurus
