This was observed on Oct 3rd on blooming Hedera helix, garden, Lower Saxony Germany.
This specimen was not very cooperative, so I unfortunately got only these relatively poor photos.

In addition, this may be a male of E. latifasciatus?
Garden in the eastern part of Lower Saxony (N Germany), 15th Nov 2018.
