Hi

First time I saw this small Syrphid on 12.08.2018
Switzerland, Altendorf, 430 m, balcony, on sweet fennel

with other syrphid larvae and pupae I had this small one, see below.
Today the eclosion . . .

May be Paragus quadrifasciatus? size about 5 mm

Pic 1: outside, august, on sweet fennel
Pic 2: pupa
Pic 3 and 4: Fly after eclosion
