Hi,
I caught this fly in Petnica (near Valjevo), W Serbia. Date: 25.6.2018.
I think that's Sphenometopa steinii, but I'm not sure.
Which keys I can use to identify specimen?

Yes, wing pattern (https://diptera.info/photogallery.php?photo_id=4695) even morecharacteristic than genitalia.
