Here are pictures of a Xylota from Belgium pictured 2018-06-09 at Ben-Ahin's reserve
Links from the pictures on insecte.org ...

An other specimen was viewed in 2014 by an other observer and identified as Xylota jakutorum Bagatshanova, 1980 ...
I think this is an other species but which one ???

I would suggest X. abiens, however, a lateral view would be helpful.

X. jakutorum should have a broader pale section of hind tibia.

Treebeard, thank you for this suggestion.
We have this species in Belgium
https://observati...mp;exact=0
With pictures of observers :
https://observati...approved=1

But I don't have a profil/lateral view ... the specimen fly away before I could make profil's views ...
My best view :

Can we do without it ?

I made a comparison between the venation of my specimen and the venation of Xylota jakutorum and the same with Xylota abiens, both times specimen venation in red and Xylota jakutorum (in yellow) as Xylota abiens (in yellow) The first is with Xylota jakutorum :
https://www.galer...207377.htm
the second is with Xylota abiens :
https://www.galer...207378.htm

Have a look at both,
It seems the comparison is in favour of Xylota jakutorum !
But that would not say it is a Xylota jakutorum ...
