Hello! Is it possible to identify genus or species? Is it female?
Time and place: 2016-06-21 13:59:12,. Middle Urals, the Tulva Upland.
The fly was photographed inside the greenhouse.
Latitude: North. 56°49'24"
Longitude: East. 55°49'41"

looks like Ulidiidae: Seioptera vibrans
John and Nini. Naturalists not experts.
