Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Pinneberg-Waldenau near Hamburg, forest Klövensteen, way at the edge of a mixed forest, next to a paddock; three galls from dry plants of Rubus; Galls in a box: 18th of April 2018. Ten or more mosquitos coming out: 29/30th of April 2018. Outside-/Studiophotos: kuv. Is my idea ok? Please help to get the ID.

I agree it is in tribe Lasiopterini. I don't know whether it is Lasioptera rubi.
