Hi Nikita, Since both specimens are males, studying the genitalia will help us to find out if the specimens are really what we think they are: Nr 1) I think you are right, Geomyza apicalis. Nr 2) Could be Geomyza hackmani, but studying the genitalia would be a good idea! Jan Willem |

Nr 2) Could be Geomyza hackmani, but studying the genitalia would be a good idea! Jan, I examined genitalia. It fits ok with G.hackmani you send me last year: http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=16&thread_id=2798 Any more doubts or I can put it as G.hackmani without "?"
