Goodmornig, In May 2015, I spotted this Syrphidae just north of Tochni, a little village in the Larnaca District, Cyprus. Tochni is located inland, approx 8 km´s from Cyprus south coast, on the southeastern foothills of the Troodos Mountains. I have been trying to figure out which species I´m dealing with, but somehow I don´t succeed. Is there someone around who can give me a push in the right direction?
