One of the medium-sized species that I found in Cotia, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Something close to Efferia, maybe?

Eraxasilus sp., cf. gerion (Walker) I think. With the long ovipositor (not in focus), looks like an Efferia, except venation (fuzzy) and face profile say Eraxasilus. Carrera 1959 (only study on genus) keys to E. gerion... Cheers, Eric |
