I think it is Lauxaniidae
looks like a Calliopum spec. to me ???

Germany, N-Hesse, Bad Hersfeld: vic. Ottrau (old garden), ca. 300-400m asl., 03.06.2013

Tomorrow I get my Fieldguide to Syrphid flies.
I hope soon I'll ID the family by myself.
