Not a heleomyzid that I recognise - could it be Odinia (Odiniidae)?

It is not Anthomyia punctipennis, which has more wing spots, but it could be in the same species group. Is this fly from South America?

If it is related to Anthomyia punctipennis it is likely to be an undescribed species. A starting point is this paper:

Rev. Bras. Biol. 12:25-31.

(Reference not seen, cited in Griffiths' revision of Nearctic Anthomyia.)
