I would be very glad if someone could help me with an ID for this robberfly, but looking at the many unsolved previous threads, I am afraid it will be nameless.... The prey is a small Hemiptera.

Looks like a male of the Tolmerus cingulatus / cowini - group.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
