Hi,

photographed this small fly on Retezat National Park.
~1200m in 20.august.2007

the fly was sitting on the edge of a Tussilago leaf.
looking thru the gallery Minettia lupulina from Lauxaniidae is the closst match i was able to find. all is a match: general colour, the form, colour of the legs... for me everithing.

The dark hind margin of the scutellem extends onto the dorsal surface and the remainder is rather sivlery grey: M. lupulina.
