I am wondering if anyone has used these "fast" dna kits for sampling insects? I am particularly looking at two brands: FastDNA KIT and DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kit. Do you find it easy to use them? any special notes? any samples of your work?

Thank You very much for your Time and Expertise.
