can something be said about this fly?

(found three days ago near Cologne. Length about 7 oder 8mm).

As far as I understand - scutum shining with drop of water?
And size may be 5-6mm?
I think it is Muscidae, Coenosia tigrina - there are ad and av on same level at t3

Oh yes, I again estimated the length from head to the wing tips. Body length a bit less, so 5-6mm is ok. Sorry. So Coenosia tigrina may be good.
