Hallo
I'd take that for Melangyna labiatarum. On all my pictures the thorax is not shiny at all.
On Daucus carota, grassland, Sulgtal (beginning of the Alps) Switzerland 22.08.2007
Is that correct?

Yes, a female of Melangyna. It could be labiatarum, but Melanyna compositarum is very much alike. Some authors consider these two species to be a single species!
