Is it possible to confirm this small fly (2mm long) as Acartophthalmus bicolor please? Old mixed woodland on sand in Bedfordshire, UK. May.

Necessary characters were already visible: anterior margin and most of thiord antennal segment yellow, legs mostly yellowish and wing darkened anteriorly.
