While discussing a Phytomyptera determination on the insecte.org forum, I was invited to request a confirmation on DI.

The link to this submission on insecte.org is given below. The discussion is in French, but the photographs included need no translation.

The confirmation requested from DI is for Phytomyptera minutissima.

Please note that M vein does go all the way to Costa, although very faintly visible after the direction shift (angle).
