Even if the spider is feeding on ants, doesn't necessarily mean, it belongs to ZodariidaeSmile
The specimen on the pic definitely posses features of Theridiidae. Regarding the size, prey, coloration and shape, I may assume, it's Theonoe minutissima. May be you have a high-resolution pic of the prosoma, so I can see the shape and position of the eyes?
