Difficult to say. Most reliable and comprehensive works are for Northern and Northwestern Europe: Collin (British Flies) and Chv?la (Fauna entomologica Scandinavica).

This is Empis (Leptempis) pandellei Daugeron, 1999, with paratypes also from Savoie.
