Hello,

I found the picture of Nilea hortulana in the gallery, and in my eyes it looks rather similar. Is this correct?

(picture made near Kyoto, July, size about 1cm)

Well, that is becoause most Tachinidae are quite similar !
This is an Exorista or similar genus

Hmm yes, the Exoristinae I find in the net are really quiet similar. I think I have to put the picture into the directory undetermined tachinidae.
