I am not an expert, but the hind tarsi suggest Holopogon to me.

No, this is a typical Dioctria, many have swollen metatarsi on the hind legs. This keys out to D. cf fuscipes with Engel 1930. But a form with very black legs.

Thank you for your opinion, indeed it is the first Dioctria, observed by me, with all black legs.
