Small (approx 3mm) fly found in Still bay region of South Africa, 5km from the coast. Sitting on a lemon tree leaf. I wondered about Drosophila with the vibrissa and costal break but the arista are bare and head looks a bit different to me. The white abdomen is quite striking. Any help with ID would be appreciated.

Thanks

Philip

I will try to fix the messages this month. We have to make some other configuration changes before software goes out of support at end of year.
