 Another Coenosia (I think) photographed in Still bay, South Africa on 26/03/2016. The leg colouration is different from the other posted recently. Small around 4mm fly. Unfortunately only one image.

Can you confirm?

 At least one member of the Coenosia tigrina species group has sexually dimorphic leg color. This is a male.
