 Can anyone confirm which family/genus this is ? Is it Chaoboridae ? Thanks for any help !

It was found at Barnes Wetland Centre.

 No, this one is Chironomidae (tribe Chironomini) - the wings do not have enough veins to be Chaoboridae.
