 Anthomyiidae from Romania

Any idea about this one (Eustalomyia sp.?). I reared it from a pupae found in a dead deciduous wood, together with some ants (it is any correlation between the pupae and the ants?). From North-East of Romania, 23.02.2016.

Eustalomyia, and the habitat is typical. Larvae are kleptoparasites in nests of Crabronidae. Possibly they could even be cannibals, if the wasp stocked its nest with captured adult Anthomyiidae. |
