Following European keys I get to C. auriceps, but there there are only a few species and this species lacks basal scutellar bristle (Zeegers)(IBERIA: Girona: Beuda, 400 masl, July 19th 2015, dead in a pool) So what could this be? Please, if there is a any more detail needed, please ask. The head profile is off. I think you will see 3 post IA bristles. It should be Hyperaea, need to check the species. Theo |

It is a female, these are pretty difficult. It keys out to H. femoralis and that is the species to be expected in Spain. Theo |
