Even with superb photo's ID will be hopeless.
I would need the specimen.

As I see, presently the accepted genus name is Linnaemya, not Linnaemyia. Right?

The genus name is Linnaemya, because that is the original spelling. It should have been Linnaemyia, but the rules of nomenclature forbid correcting such spelling errors. Robineau-Desvoidy made several similar mistakes.
