Has a look of Milichiidae (but wouldn't rule out Agromyzidae)

Thanks Tony. I had ruled out Milichiidae since all those I have collected have a break in the costa. |

I wasn't sure whether the break was just hidden in this photo - if you've examined it from all angles, then discount Milichiidae.
