Hello,

is a family- or even the genus-ID possible?
Location: Northwest Germany, wet meadow on the edge of a deciduous forest, size about 6 an 4 mm, the only one photo on 13.05.2015.

Regards, Konrad

Molophilus ater is a common black Limoniinae with short wings and yellow halteres. You probably have that species.
