It seens to me that Tipulidae isn't most popular group hereGrin.
Nevertheless: Moscow region, 09sept, calm, about 15mm without leggs.

You are absolutely right about the popularity of nematocerans in this forum Smile
I've asked one of experts and he said it is Tipula subgenus Savtshenkia - at least a little bit more than you knew before Wink
