Photograph taken on 28 August 2015 in agricultural estate with avocados and custard apples and other fruit, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Apparent size with wings, about 7-8 mm.
When taking photographs, the fly had a slight greenish yellow now not observed.

As to bright red eyes, wing venation, three dark vittae on the thorax, and parafacial setulae, I consider it a female member of Sarcophagidae subfamily Sarcophaginae. See http://www.dipter...d_id=30535 for a discussion of the characters. These flies fooled me very often...
