As I received a cute help to observe as better as I could this larva
I propose Eristalis tenax with some features magnified by the microscope

Last prolegs hooks oriented to the backwards part of the organism

Although I cannot decide if you have photographed/filmed the last pair of prolegs, but if you did this would almost certainly be a Eristalis. However, it seems as a very juvenile stage, so characteristic hooks present in Eristalinus could not yet be developed. So it is best to keep this Eristalini, for genus is not sure and ID to species level in Eristalini (esp. Eristalis/Helophilus) is very difficult. There is a key for the species but it needs carefull examination of the larva.
