 Hi! It's possible the identification of this diptera?

Locality: A Coru?a (Galicia - NO Spain)
Date: 28/05/2007
Size: 12 mm approximately
Habitat: humid meadow near a river, with forest of oaks, chestnut-trees, willows...

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
