This specimen could be five species of Sylvicola. Can you crop the high resolution picture of tip of abdomen, where I see male genitalia?
Or better: every specimen sent to me for ID can get a name!

Sylvicola cinctus, the commonest species of the subgenus Sylvicola.
I cannot ID Phlebotomus, is is not in the scope of my interest.
