Hello,

I cannot decide: Tetanocera cf. elata with unusually dark wings or Pelidnoptera cf. fuscipennis? Or altogether wrong guesses?
Location: Germany, east of Nordrhein-Westfalen, on edge of a deciduous forest, size about 9 mm with wings, photos on 06.05.2014.

Best regards, Konrad
