Hello leonvdn You are correctly suggesting that the genus is Ferdinandea. In Ferdinandea the interesting species have the stigma bicolourous or the arista red. The remaining species, the most common, has the yellow stigma and the more black arista. For a key see: http://www.dipter...w_2011.pdf I arrive at Ferdinandea cuprea. Arista black, abdomen with tergite three and four only anteriourly dark bands and stigma entirely yellow.
