found in Semi desert area, Sudan.

This is a fly of the family Tephritidae. To get a accurate (and with Tephritidae usually a very quick response) try posting this in the subforum for all families: http://www.dipter...forum_id=5 Now you have posted it in the subforum for Syrphidae only, so probably no Tephritidae expert will look here.
