Bubbles in fresh watter

This is thin layer on bottom of watter stream (1-2 cm deep):

Uper image all the stuff there is. The rest of stream christal clear.

Slovenia, Alps, about 1500 amsl, watter stream comes out of rocks and submerges in couple of m.

I seen inside one of bubbles watter fast spinning, mybe micro air buble inside.

None popped or expanding while watching, hence I think some kind of animal ?
