 Hello,
I found this fly on Swiss, Mürren, 1650 m, 25.08.2014, Alchemilla, length: ca. 8 mm
Is this genus Parasyrphus?

 Hello Axel,

Yes, and the dark hind tibia with the third antennalsegment black and bands on tergite 3 and 4 should make this P. lineolus.
