I took the photo on 15 July2014 Kokkola, Finland.
About 6mm long.

Sphaerophoria family are found in Finland.

S. interrupta makes sense. It’s more common in the area.

No, abdomen doesn't fit. Anyways, I'm much confident about interrupta.
