Hello, I found a few of this Asilids, they was all togheter and mating too, but I need your help. Ciao Marcello. Maschio e femmina del complesso Machimus (il complesso Dysmachus ha chetotassi difforme da questi esemplari). They're both (male and female) from Machimus complex (chaetotaxy doesn't fit with Dysmachus complex) Edited by ValerioW on 30-06-2014 16:40 |

Machimus rusticus makes a very good chance. Machimus species with entirely black femora and tibiae with a red base are limited.
